Case studies that have been published in the Harvard Business Review can be found in the TCU database, Business Source Complete. To find a particular study, type the title of the study in the one box (omit a, an, the, if the title begins with one of those words) and put the title in quotation marks.  In the other box, type Harvard business review and select “SO Publication Name” in the drop down box.  (See the example below)  

BE AWARE that HBR as a company does not necessarily publish all of their case studies in their journal.  If the case study is not in Business Source Complete, you will have to go to the website, http://harvardbusiness.org and click on the “case studies” link at the bottom of the page.   You will have to pay to download the case studies from their website.
